From May 6–8, 2025, Semai Aviation had the privilege of attending DEFEA – Defence Exhibition Athens at the Metropolitan Expo, where we were represented by our entire engineering team. Stepping into one of Europe’s most important defense and aerospace gatherings was an incredible experience. The exhibition floor was alive with the energy of innovation, showcasing groundbreaking technologies from across the world and Semai Aviation was right in the middle of it connecting, learning and sharing our vision for the future of UAV propulsion testing. Our team engaged in valuable discussions with both established leaders and ambitious new players in the defense and aerospace sectors. These conversations not only strengthened our international network but also opened doors to potential collaborations that align with our mission of advancing UAV and eVTOL propulsion systems with precision and reliability. For Semai Aviation, DEFEA was far more than an exhibition. It was a teamwide journey of discovery and growth. Our engineers returned with fresh technical insights, new perspectives on global trends, and a stronger understanding of how our testbench technologies fit into the evolving needs of the defense and aerospace ecosystem. With new contacts made, partnerships explored and inspiration gained, DEFEA 2025marked a powerful step forward in our mission to expand Semai Aviation’s impact on a global scale. Athens gave us more than just an event it gave us momentum, and we are excited to carry that energy into everything that comes next.
